My Asus EEE PC 4G was online yesterday, I tried to download a powerpoint file and it froze. I ended up restarting it. Now, although my wireless connection is enabled, it won’t let me online. It asks “Do you want to start a new session or restore the previous session?” No matter how I answer, it sits there…the internet should pop up but it doesn’t.

I have a Asus Eee PC And it keeps freezing,When i would be in mozilla the screen would randomly freeze outta no where but i could still move the mouse around but couldn’t click anything.I’ve had my computer scanned for virus’s,spyware,malware,trojans and nothing has come up.Can someone help me out?

I have always used a pc laptop. I started looking on the mac site. I don’t understand why the prices are set so high. They don’t have that much memory and hard drive space for $1000. Do you think it’s worth the money?

i want to get a notebook only to use the internet and a few other stuff on are they easy to handle and is it a good make?

I currently have a monster desktop computer, and a Dell 700m as my portable machine – mostly for school and sometimes work. I don’t require much of my laptop beyond the very basics, since I have a desktop to do my real work. I’ve been checking out the Asus Eee PC to replace my 700m, which I like quite a bit, but I was really wondering if there’s anything else out there (or coming soon) that compares to it – perhaps with a smaller screen bezel and longer battery life. Price is definitely a concern since I don’t want to spend much beyond the resale price of the 700m- otherwise I might as well keep it (I’m guessing its worth about $600-$650 with two brand new extended batteries).
I’ve heard Asus is coming out with 2nd gen Eee PC, but haven’t seen any recent news about it.
Suggestions?

and what kind of good free virus protection can i download for it?…
and i want to get a 2 GB ram upgrade…will they do that at best buy…if not….do they sell 2 GB rams?
