Asus Eee Pc – Noisy Fan?
Recently, the fan in my Asus Eee PC 1000H has gotten really noisy – as in its become really audible and makes an almost grinding noise after I turn it on. This is generally after its been off for a while. I’ve tried vacuuming.
I can tell you that some time ago I bought the original EeePC (new). It was the first model Asus came up with.
Long story short: after just a month or two, the fan was killing the computing experience. It was loud and high pitched.
I ended up selling it JUST because of this issue. I just moved on to a regular sized notebook instead.
