		<description>No.  That is why its so slim and lightweight.  It has at least 3 USB ports so you can hookup an external drive if you need.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve owned a EEE PC 4G since November of last year and I can tell you that it does not have a CD drive. It is physically impossible - there is simply no space. There are some drawbacks sure, but I prefer it without a CD drive - it extends the battery life and makes the EEE PC quiet. There is instead - 3 usb ports, one mmc/sd/sdhc card reader, an ethernet port, a VGA port, built in microphone, and a Kensington lock slot. The 2G does not have a camera, the RAM is soldered to the motherboard (therefore not upgradeable), and the battery rating is 4400 mAh - about 2.8 hrs. (the 4G that I own has a 5200 mAh battery - 3.5 hrs)</description>
