How Do I Work The Webcam On The Asus Eee Pc?
I activated it in the BIOS menu, and it works, but when i try it use it it says ther’e a ‘bad link connection’ between the webcam and the messenger client. I’m using the latest version of mercury for LINUX. Help anyone?
Uh… yeah. As a Linux user, it pains me to say this, but only the proprietary IM clients really work with webcams. Pidgin’s support just isn’t there. Skype supposedly has been working for a while, but I don’t know if it works well, and that’s the main exception.
