They’re on the Apple cd you got with the Macbook.
When you install XP with Boot Camp it will tell you to insert the Mac OS X installation dvd which has Leopard (OS X) on it, and Windows drivers.
Just insert it into XP after you’ve installed it and it should auto-run and install the drivers.
