How To Install Windows Xp On Asus Eee Pc ?

i’m not sure how to and i want to know how to do it via a USB

  1. you have to do it with a bootable USB.
    you also need software to make it bootable.
    then set the USB as he primary boot source.
    then the laptop will load all the windows files from the USB and install itself.
    this is pretty complicated if you don’t know what you’re doing really.
    my friend has one of these laptops and the operatin system sucks!
    I tried installing another version of linux on it, but it was complicated so I never did it.

  2. You can use USB external ROM drives. Insert the XP installer in the external ROM and restart the laptop. Go into BIOS (boot sequence) to configure the notebook so that it should first boot from CD/DVD ROM.
    Restart again and boot the laptop from CD ROM, then presto, the xp installer will not start to install.

  3. connect a usb Drive/dvd drive , go to BIOS and set the primary boot to the usb . restart the machine and you can start installing your windows xp.

  4. you just need to have windows xp cd and then put it in d rom and then let to bootup.
