I Want To Ask A Few Question About Asus Eee Pc. Who Got One?
I just bought it this morning (for AUD489)…
(1) How many hours do I need to charge the battery(for the 1st time)?
(2) How do I install Windows XP(it has no cd rom drive)? Can I download Windows XP from internet?
(3) What are the pros and cons of the laptop?

Please do not pirate Windows XP.
Honestly, it is a lot of trouble for a little payoff. The Eee’s OS can do pretty much everything XP can.
(3) Pros: It’s cheap, small, sexy, has good battery life, and uses open source software.
Cons: Loading XP is difficult, it’s pretty underpowered, doesn’t have much storage space, and the lack of an optical drive is annoying.
