ok i know the difference between them isnt big but i heard that the asus eee pc has xp on it and has the six cell battery which is obviously better than the 3 cell one, but there is a six cell battery sold seperately for the hp 2133.anyways what i wanted to ask was, which is smaller and with less weight like which one is gonna be more comfortable to carry with me in school the asus or the hp ? and which one will live longer with me.
btw : i intend to use it for writing documents like on microsoft word and making presentations and webs urfing like going on youtube and other sites

HP mini note 1000 or ASUS eee PC 1000H what should i get?
i would like to know the pros and cons about the 2 netbooks i know the eee pc has slightly better specs but it is also lager in size and the HP mini looks awesome also is the hard drive in the netbooks just a standard 2.5” drive u find in all notebooks so could i take the hard drive out of my old laptop and put it in there???

I’ve just bought an Asus Eee PC 1000h. I first used it round my girlfriends and had no problem connecting to the internet wirelessly (she’s got a BT Homehub) But I can’t seem to get a wireless connection at home (I’ve got a Netgear router – about 1yr old) As far as i can see I am using the exact same settings as on my Acer laptop that still connects without a problem and have run out of ideas to try – any suggestions???

I am in the market for a 10″ mini-notebook. After looking around for weeks now, I have narrowed it down to either the Asus Eee PC 1000H or the MSI Wind U120. However, I can’t seem to decide between the 2. All the reviews I read for both of them are great and everyone seems to love both of them. I am for sure getting one of these 2 notebooks, and price difference isn’t an issue to me at all and neither is looks. I just want whichever one will be a better machine overall. So, I’m hoping someone out there can give me some guidance as to why one is better than the other and make my choice a little easier. Please help!!

hi guys. i just wanna ask someone who owns an asus 1000H or has a knowledge in laptops. im planning to buy asus eee pc 1000H but i cant deside if ill go for the upgrade in the hard drive part coz in some way i think it can affect the speed of the unit. am i right? can a larger hard drive affect the speed of a particular laptop or computer? tnx guys

I currently have the Asus Eee Pc 900 with Linux, and was looking to upgrade.
Has anyone used either the Asus Eee Pc 1000h or the HP Mini 1000, im looking to figure out which one is better since they’re about the same price.

Iam going to get one of them but iam not sure which.
Shall i have an Asus Eee pc 1000H with Portable Internet?
Or shall i have an unlocked Nokia N97 ( comming out At the end of frebuary ) ?
Which Portable device would u buy??

I’m looking to buy a car charger for my 1000H on eBay and, being as frugal as I am, I’m thinking of buying a charger said to be for 701 because it’s cheaper. They would be compatible right ?
