What is better choice and why? It seems like i can can get more from the hp than the apple for less. My main use for cpu is entertainment music, photos, email and just regular internet surfing. Any advice would be appreciated.

i have an asus eee pc and have pretty gay wallpapers for it. i want a better one. how do i get one off the internet. like on normal computers you can right click on the photo and set it as background but, when i set it as my background it dosent work. please include step by step instructions.
