Installing Windows Xp On Asus Eee Pc 701 With Memory Card?

ok so i bought a 16gb sd card for my asus eee pc 701 and i thought id re-install windows so i can use the memory card and the flash memory on the laptop as the C drive but its showing both as seporate points is there a way to format them both together before i install windows or after?
