ok i know the difference between them isnt big but i heard that the asus eee pc has xp on it and has the six cell battery which is obviously better than the 3 cell one, but there is a six cell battery sold seperately for the hp 2133.anyways what i wanted to ask was, which is smaller and with less weight like which one is gonna be more comfortable to carry with me in school the asus or the hp ? and which one will live longer with me.
btw : i intend to use it for writing documents like on microsoft word and making presentations and webs urfing like going on youtube and other sites

HP mini note 1000 or ASUS eee PC 1000H what should i get?
i would like to know the pros and cons about the 2 netbooks i know the eee pc has slightly better specs but it is also lager in size and the HP mini looks awesome also is the hard drive in the netbooks just a standard 2.5” drive u find in all notebooks so could i take the hard drive out of my old laptop and put it in there???

The internet at my high school works because it looks like they all of these boxes it looks like around the school. And then when i get home the internet does not work, is there any thing i need to purchase or do to get the internet to work at my house?

i need a mini notebook. Of the of the four major the Asus EEE PC 1000 HA Or a MSI Wind U120 seem the best.
The Lenovo S10’s battery took off the list (the 6 cell upgrade is too bulky) and the HP Mini-Note sucks
The EEE PC 1000Ha and the MSI U120 are virtual clones of each so does anyone have any experience with the two as to which one i should get or does anyone have know of any other 10 inch laptops on the market which beat them

Looking to buy one of these really soon
i like the idea of having webcam and the ability to take videos and pictures. i also heard that the ram is not upgradeable on the 4 gb surf that also may be a factor. But is it really worth it to spend the extra 50$ plus tax for a webcam and upgrade ram door? Also is there a speed difference?

ok so i never bought a laptop before and i realy want one but i don’t have much money so i came across this notebook laptop on the internet and i need to know if this laptop (ASUS EEE Pc 904HD Netbook) is worth buying for 200 euros?

I bought a HP mini 110 a month ago and ended up exchanging it for another one because the keyboard was malfunctioning. I like the computer but am wary of a possible keyboard malfunction occurring again-I’ve heard good things about the Asus but am unsure

The 1101HA has a bigger screen but less good processor but the 1008ha has one inch less screen but 300 mhz more power. I’m going to get it in white.

They’ve only been available in the US for like 6 months, so who knows. If you are talking about lasting in terms of keeping up with technology, in my opinion they are designed to be outdated for most use. But if all you need is to check e-mail, type a few documents, and play a game of solitaire or two, it should be able to do that until the next version of office is released and the EEE can’t handle the software anymore.

I need a decent, portable netbook for schoolwork and web browsing (basic tasks)
