anyone please help me!!! they gave me a cd to install windows xp but asus Eee pc series haven’t got a cd-rom!!! how can i install windows xp???

i’m not sure how to and i want to know how to do it via a USB

I’m thinking of buying an Asus EEE Pc to write on in cafes, but need to be able to synchronise changed files with my desktop PC each day. Currently I use Windows “briefcase” function and a USB pen to do this with my laptop, but the EEE PC runs Linux and Open Office, so I need to know if I could still sync between it and the desktop. Any ideas?

I have a 4GB Asus EEE PC. It’s still running on its original Linux operating system. I’m thinking of switching it over to Windows XP.
I’d like to get feedback from Asus EEE PC users who’re running on Windows XP. How is it? Is it much slower? More functional? Does it work fine, despite the small memory? Can I install things Yahoo Messenger on it? Any information would be fine.

I have heard that because Windows XP writes codes every three seconds (or something), that that could destroy the solid state drive of the Asus EEE pc. Is that true?

so i got the asus eee pc 900 a and it originally had linux, but i put xp on it, is there any way to get linux back on? i have a linux recovery cd which is completely useless considering this computer doesnt have the disc drive. so is there an other way i can get linux back on?

I mean seriously, what does your Eee PC have? a 4GB hard drive? lol.
Thats what people get for buying cheap computers without understanding what they for :p

LINUX ONLY ON EEE PC

Install the driver for the wireless printer on the computer. If the driver is on CD, copy the contents to flash drive from other computer, then copy the contents of flash drive to EEE pc. Then run the setup on EEE pc.
