  1. Simple answer to your question. PC.
Macintosh has a very low percentage of the market, while PCs are over 90% of the market. The business world, except in very rare instances, do not use Macintosh machines for anything.
Bottom line you wont go wrong with either, but PCs are a majority of the market and you will find PCs more in schools and businesses than macs. Plus you can get a PC or laptop for a fraction of the price you have to shell out for a Mac.

  2. Wow, was he wrong! Mac’s are far superior, now cheap and reliable. They also have the only operating system capable of running OSX and windows side by side therefore capable of running all software. The Mac book pro is the best bet because the plastic mac book won’t last as long. But it’s Mac all the way!!

  3. the macbook has the older core2duo cpu, and integrated graphics. the macbook pro has the new santa rosa core2duo, has dedecated graphics (8600m) with GDDR3 memory(the fastest graphics memory) and has an express card 34 slot, it has a firewire 800, and an led screen( the screen is brighter and uses less power, equating to better battery life) it also has a higher resolution screen. the speakers are a little bit lowder to in the macbook pro. i personaly have the macbook pro, but i still have windows installed. mac osx is very nice, but i would hold off on buying any mac computer because the newer version of osx is coming out next month. With apple you do get the best custemer service which is a big plus for me, but you need an extended warrenty plan in my opinion because it is a laptop and something is bound to happen. the mac and pc argument is a personal one, i would go to an apple store and try out both laptops, try to type a few sentences on the keyboard, and see if you like it. also ask the guy working there, even though he is very biased, to show you around the mac osx operating system. they are very nice at the store and if you have any questions they will answer them. even how to run windows on the mac laptop.

  4. An Apple Macbook is basically a smaller version of a Macbook Pro. If I want performance and graphics I’d go with the Macbook Pro. And it really depends on what your going to be doing on a computer to determine weather you should get a PC or Mac. If your a college student a PC is reasonably cheap and has all the basic needs.
